Hello All I have a very odd problem some sort of sensation on my cheeks sometime around my neck not sure what is this? Feeling very uneasy Cholesterol & diabetes was at the margin

It can be muscle twiching... Regularly check sugar n cholesterol Any family history?? Take advise from neurologist also
