  4. Sensations. What these symptoms are for?

I got last periods on aug 26th. I had sex on sept 11 &13th. I have the following symptoms now: 1. Vomiting sensation 2. Lower abdominal pain 3.weakness 4. Appetite 5. Rise in body temperature 6. Dizziness 7. More sleepy in the mornings and after bath morning and evening Can someone please tell me what these symptoms are for ?
