My teeth are become sensitive to cold and hot thing..suggest any treatment for sensitivity..and toothaches

Initial treatment would be using a toothpaste which is indicated for sensitivity. For eg. Sensodyne is good. Next step would be please avoid too hot or too cold and sweet food and drinks.
