Sensitive to bass from car engines/stere
I had to fly to arizona which toke 3 hrs and two days fly back to Cincinnati which toke 6 with hr layover , i didnt wear my hearing aids and did hurt when decending in the flight . Now my ears are sentive to bass from stereos ,engines and other thing , dont feel like a ear infections, feels kinda clog but normal audio when wearing hearing aids , the bass is just boom boom mostly background noise

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold and air travel. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use anti Histamine medicines for few days for faster recovery

Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you can do valsalva maneuver for quick recovery
