Sensitivity after scaling
Hi One month back I did tooth scaling and polished from my dentist.i do this every 2 Yes for the past 10 years.This time after 15 days of scaling all my teeth started to have high sensitivity and nagging pain. I never had this issue earlier. I have been using senquel-f paste for past 2 weeks and still my issue is not resolved. Kindly tell me whether I need to be worried.attached my X ray for reference. Hi, sensitivity is common after a scaling and polishing. It usually lasts for a few weeks. You have to maintain a good oral hygiene routinely.
Next Steps
Do Warm salt water gargles daily. Continue using the same paste everyday. Use a soft bristled toothbrush. Floss daily.
