Hello. With age the outer tooth surface (enamel) may wear off. This may lead to generalized sensitivity. Use sensodyne tooth paste and see if it helps. Also avoid very cold or very hot food stuff. If sensitivity still persists visit a dentist. Happy to help. Dr Zankhana Mody Mohile
