Sensorimotor obsession about breathing
I am constantly thinking about my breathing and focusing on my lungs and the respiratory tract. I don't know why? I am trying to forget it but in vain.

Obsessions are difficult to get over on your own. It is good you are reaching out. Consult a psychiatrist. Ocd needs treatment as it only increases without help.

Trying to forget or suppress an obsessional thought is ineffective. You should benefit from pharmacological treatment or Psychotherapy (exposure and response prevention) for OCD.
