SEPTUM & ANTERIOR WALL HYPOKINESIA LV40%
58 yr male patient. No h/o DIABETES. H/o regular High BP. Chest pain since 1 week. Various ECGs done. During pain showed variation in the graph. During Resting Heart ECG has improved. 2D ECHO REPORT done on 30 Mar 17: - SEPTUM & ANTERIOR WALL HYPOKINESIA LVEF 40% No Diastolic Dusfunction. RA & RV are normal in size & function. LA: Normal in Size. All valve are normal in structure & function. No Pericardial effusion. No vegetation. Intact Intra-ventricular & intr-atrial Septum. Suggest further process at Jaipur, Pune, Delhi or Mumbai.

Since echo is showing hypokinesia in anterior wall, suggests blocked arteries. Should undergo coronary angiography.
