Hi there, a physicians first duty is to give moral support and assure that everything will fine with the patient even at the end stage.. his prime duty is to secure him not to make panic in the patient and based upon the doctors experience and their approachment and earlier cured cases only they claim they can cure.. even it could be fever or cancer.. Homepathy system have remedies to cure last stage of cancer. only the thing is patient belief, patience and kind approachment of doctor..
