Spondylitis means degeneration (a normal aging process) of joints of spine. Cervical means pertaining to neck. Cervical spondylitis is not a disease. Most of the times it responds to a short course of medicines and a long course of Physiotherapy and excercises. Consult a Neurospine specialist.
