Can we use Nebulizer while my daughter is in sleep. Because she was removing the mask while she was awake. Doctors advised to use duolin 1ml with 1ml NS liquid.

Yes you can give the nebulizations while your daughter is asleep but to get the maximum and best outcome it would be best to keep to keep her in a upright position while giving the nebulization.
