Back pain is a common problem in breast feeding mother's that too after c-section.Posture and muscle strengthening both are equally important above all feeding positions(day and night),if you have issues with baby demand and supply your feeding time will be prolonged.Consult a Lactation counselor/Consultant for that.
Next Steps
Focus on your posture both static as well as dynamic.Improve your endurance. If necessary you can contact our team female physiotherapist she is a physiotherapist and lactation counselor.
Health Tips
1.Electrotherapy/Manual skills for pain. 2.Exercises for strengthening contact physiotherapist for both. 3.Focus on feeding of baby contact a Lactation counselor.

It generally happens when mother is breast feeding because they do not take care of there posture while feeding .. And you have to regain the spinal muscle strength as they generally tend to get weak after c- section. If u have swelling in your muscles (myospasm) then u need to be treated for that first then only strengthening of muscle can be done.

The first thing to take care is your posture. While breast feeding sit on chair with back support or cushion at lower back region which reduces stress on lower back. Place the baby at the height. The therapist can explain this in details  .Also exposure of u and baby to early morning sunlight is a must because that is Rich source of vitamin D , also have calcium and protein rich food items like milk and milk products, eggs.also consult a Physiotherapist for pain relieving modalities and some exercises.

C section weakens your core muscles and with the added load on spine due to child care the back gets strained . Since you are breastfeeding you should be on Vit D supplements rather than calcium.
Next Steps
Visit a physiotherapist do get some pain relief modalities and learn core strengthening.
Health Tips
Make your dining table baby clothes changing and diaper changing station as its height will avoid over bending of spine . Place the pillow vertically behind your back sit straight with knees straight and a pillow under knees too while breastfeeding.
