Severe abdominal & rectal pain after sex
I experienced a mild pain while having vaginal intercourse with my boyfriend two nights ago. At first I thought it's normal because of deep penetration but then a sudden severe pain started shooting right after the sex. The pain was very sharp and excruciating in my lower abdomen and rectum that I could hardly stand or walk properly. I had a hard time peeing and passing gas, I felt so bloated and full, I also vomited, and I felt the need to poop.

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit a gynecologist so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as an ultrasound to rule out any underlying pathologies so that you can be treated accordingly. If the condition persists or worsens visit the gynecologist at the earliest.
