I work in qatar as a HSE safety officer in oil and gas plant. Past six month ago I had a problem of tiredness and dizziness. So I went to hospital they checked and said that the hb level is to low 3.5. They admitted me and gave iron ferosate injection. For ten days and some tablets. And I stoped going hospital. But last month I got the same problem Hb level was 4.8 the doctor gave the same medication and they to do endoscopic test... But on that day I had flight I came return to india.

Hello sir, 4.8 is too low .usually in such conditions blood transfusion is better option One cannot stand n work with such low hb But u also need to find out the cause for low hb
