Severe anxiety and inferiority complex
Hello doctor, I am sufferring from severe anxiety and inferiority complex issues almost all the time (can't sleep at night and can't focus at work) I fear going to office, mingling with people in fear of embarassing my self ! I feel mostly negetive about my future career growth, capabilities and self background. There is constant feel of being ignored socially and low self confidence or worried feel in every thing I do. I think mostly negetive impact of every happenings on me, which makes me worried what worst will happen next.... I do have a troubled childhood in past but don't know if that's the cause! Help me remove my negetive thinking, self esteem/confidence and reduce anxiety.

Hi. I can understand what you must be going through. From what you have mentioned, it is clear that you are suffering from symptoms of underlying depressive disorder. You too understand it very well. The most logical step ahead will be to seek a psychiatric consultation and initiate treatment. Depression is a treatable condition. Medications and psychotherapy will help you get better.

First u should think u r the best in the world, because everyone is very special for God... if u r believe in prayer please pray daily..

listen some music 🎶.. it will change ur mind and reduce depression also

Do mingle with ur family members, share something( positive or negative) with them... Don't expect anything from anyone... U give ur love, smile,care to everyone... because you r the special... Before sleep Do some walk or mild exercises... It will help u to sleep 💤 😴.

We are physiotherapists and we would be able to give some basic advice. However psychologists don't give medication and look at providing you coping strategies. Hope you would be able to seek advice from those professionals.
