Severe Anxiety
My sister was preparing for CA finals for this coming November. Now all of a sudden she is under a lot of stress and doesn't want to study and thinks about quitting CA. She is feeling anxious very frequently and feels heavy chest. But after some distraction that heavy cheat goes away. But every morning now it comes and becomes worse for sometime, until she is distracted. She says the negative thoughts keep coming. Please suggest the best way to deal this, or any doctor who can help.

its the anxiety coming in her way ! once anxiety and fear is resolved she will be determined to see things in a clearer perspective. psychotherapist can help you assess the severity. depending on which either therapy or medicine will help. personally i feel counseling therapy will help her . consult with me or any psychologist for counseling and therapy. all the best :)
