Severe depersonalisation
Hello doctors, I have a history of OCD and Anxiety disorder since 2012. I have had a lot lf medicines but majorky it was fluvoxamine or fluoxetine for 2 years 2012-2014 then again 2016-2018 then finally from October 2019 till today. I take fluvoxamine 250 mg per day and clonazepam sos. I feel extreme depersonalisation as if nothing around me is real. This symptom has been for 2-3 years now. I feel like a robot in a virtual world. I feel like disconnected from reality and i feel nothing, like extremely weak. Then i get anxious because of this that makes me feel breathless and causes tachychardia. My bp is always low 86/64 last night, Haemoglobin, vitamins all are normal. MRI done last month was normal. Weight 48, ht-164 cm. I feel horrible living like this and i wait everyday for the Universe to get destroyed because i don't want to live like this. I am tired of living like this in an unreal world. Please help me.
