Severe ear pain and alternate ear block
Was wearing headphones and all of a sudden felt reduced hearing in my right ear and some tik tik sound ...After a day it went back to normal ...but felt alternate ear block ..and started having severe ear pain like burning sometimes from both ears on and off ...Later on everything was almost normal and 2 weeks later feel this mild alternate ear block but not that severely and pain also comes and goes and feel right ear is not clear like left ear ... Sometimes ear pain is unbearable ... Please advise

Most likely this is ear wax but since it’s bothering you for long get an ENT check up rather than online consultation

Alternate or fluctuating ear block may indicate eustachian tube dysfunction and leading to middle ear disease. I advise nasal steam inhalation (preferably with vapocap capsule) twice daily, tab Sinarest once at night to decrease pain and dry any nasal or middle ear discharge and Valsalva ear exercise (see YouTube video)3-4 times a day. If you don't get relief with above meds then you might have to visit an ENT clinic for otological examination and probable audiometry test.

Please share your other complaints like is there any throat pain?  Rhinitis? You might require an AUDIOMETRY
