Severe GERD with back pain & headache
Hello Doctor,
It's been a while now I am suffering from acid reflux. Sometimes it's normal & sometimes it's so severe that it hampers my day today tasks.
I have tried many medicines but it didn't cure properly. Till the time i take medicine, I get relief.
Anything i eat, even if i drink water alone. It comes back to my mouth & feels like acid. When food comes back to mouth..it became little cough..like when i puke it..In watching it feels like there is some cough with it.
There is discomfort under my left ribs & left back. It feels like something is inside. Whenever i sleep on my stomach. my left chest area feels heavy. There is also pain on the left ribs (kbhi ribs me niche side, kbhi middle). Headache is also there.. mostly on the side of the head & back of the head.
When i wake up ..the tongue gets white coating & i wake up lethargic only.
Please mention the proper treatment plan & how much time required to complete the treatment so i will connect with you so we can start treatment
