Severe Headache
I am having a constant and severe headache since morning even though I had proper sleep last night and was perfectly fine last night. The headache is since I woke up. Also, eating something gives me the feeling to puke.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab. pantakind-D once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days.
