Severe headache when i cough
It started with mild headache 3 days back and then fever by end of 3rd day. I started to cough from 2nd day and whenever i cough my whole head aches badly and i also feel dizzy throughout the day. I tool dolo 650 3 times so far and the fever came down but my headache is still the same. All the time i feel mild headache but then when i cough its really bad

Hello, Thanks for your query on Practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned please take [DOLO-COLD] and take it every 8 hours, add antibiotic[doxycycline-100]mg once a day for 10 days, add [otrivin nasal drops]every 8 hours.
