Good evening.. Can you please explain which part of leg is paining. Is it the posterior part.. Was there any history if trauma or jerk at that part.. Is there any swelling.. Seems to be muscular spasm pain. You can start with hot fomentation if there is no swelling.. Avoid movements of the joint if the pain is severe..
