  3. Severe arm pain. Please help urgently!

Severe  arm pain
My mother is 60 year old and she is suffering from severe shoulder and arm pain on the right side from past 4 days. Please suggest which doctor to consult. As whenever she takes medicine as prescribed by physian she faces breathing problem. Please help urgently!
