Suffering with severe neck pain which effected the right shoulder also. Tried volini and pain killer but still more..

Hi..looks like a muscle strain..if the pain is unbearable then u should consult with a orthopaedician who will prescribe u some muscle relaxants and if needed will refer you to a physiotherapist
