Severe pain in back issue
My brother is having severe lower back pain,X-ray was done but its normal.Dr. Told it might be stiffness due workout or sleeping mattress he prescribed some medicine but still severe pain is there

Try resting completely for 2 days. Take those medicines. After two days if things get better, start with core and back strengthen exercises and see for a week or two. If things don’t get better, then visit an orthopaedic for further evaluation.

Start with muscle relaxants and try for 5 days use LS belt if pain is not subsiding after that, it is better to evaluate further with MRI

Start any kind of Muscle Relaxant After that start physiotherapy
