Hi Pain may be due to so many cause It may be due to deep caries if it is concerned with the decay teeth or may be due to lesions in other teeth or jaw... You need to go for complete clinical examination to rule out the cause and management..If the pain is concerned with that specific decayed teeth then root canal treatment followed by capping has to be done
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further clinical examination and management
Health Tips
Avoid self medication...Medication can't be prescribed without knowing whether infection is there or not....medication is also a temporary relief only

Please visit a dentist at the earliest. Only pain killers will not help. The infection could be spreading and the pain is not going with pain killers.
