Severe toothache
A tooth(molar) of my mother underwent root canal 4-5 years back. It has a metal cap over it. Of late that particular tooth with cap started shaking a bit an it hurts too much.She remains in a lot of pain.Though she has taken a couple of injections it hasn't helped much. please help!

Hi.. Visit a dentist ASAP. She might need a re-root canal or extraction. For time being give her Tab. Tolpa-D three times daily after food for three days. Regards

From what mentioned above looks like tooth has undergone fracture or post if used after rct has dislodged , in both cases an xray assessment is must before taking it forward and repeated injections of la is definitely not a solution kindly seek an appointment to do the needdful

Hi. Could be a fracture of the teeth/root which is RC treated. X rays will be compulsory. Don't give her unnecessary pain killers. Get the tooth treated.

Go for re rct or extraction of that tooth
