Hi
I am suffering from vertigo when bending down or lying down on bed.I also has neck pain for last 8 months.I had an MRI scan and was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis.I am using medication but not seeing much of an improvement.requesting you to kindly suggest me next course of action.

Such positional vertigo symptoms are usually benign. But can be secondary to a serious issues. Few clinical tests are required along with Neurologist opinion, ENT opinion and MRI brain. Considering your age, visit a Neurologist near you.
