Sexual and skin problem
Some white dots z there in my penis head from last 8 year ...some black sport is also in penis head...please sugeest me

It can be visible sebaceous gland, if so you can leave it like that only..... It's called Fordyce's spots. They are visible sebaceous glands can be seen in mouth and genitals. So, no need to worry... if its causing cosmetic problem Consult nearest dermatologist once for clinical examination... If you have pain,itching etc then you must Consult dermatologist.
