Actually I have a lot of hair around my penis and because of that hair it feels quite itchy over there because of sweat and that itching has lead to to some rashes so I just wanted to know whether it is something else or a kind of Syphilis sore. Actually I am afraid to ask such a question but still I want to know??

It more likely seems to be a fungal infection which is quite common and easily treatable. But confirm diagnosis needs clinical examination. So just consult a dermatologist in person for evaluation and treatment.
