I done my lft test my sgot is 41 and sgpt is 44 Total bilburin is 0.9 Bilburin indirect is 0.5 Bilburin direct is 0.4 Total alkaline pospatase 120. For making a healthy liver Can i take any milk thistle supplement or a apple cider vinegar It is safe to use or not Which brand of milk thistle supplement is good Without having any side effect

Lft seems to be normal now . More important is to eat less oil Proper work out BMI should be less than 22 Cholesterol within normal range Avoid alcohol I m not aware of milk thistle combination so I don't know But taking antioxidant will be helpful in liver regeneration
