Sgot sgpt test
Respected sir I done my lft test my sgot is 44 sgpt is 45 my total bilburin is 1 bilburin direct is 0.6 indirect bilburin is 0.4 my alkaline pospatase is 239 plz tell me can I take medicine like ursocol 300 mg tablet and nexpro 40 tablet or not or  through a diet i can lower it plz help me and also plz tell me can I take a pitanjali amla juice for maintaining a healthy liver or i can take Liv 52 syrup in pResEnt Im only taking a tone milk with a chapati and in iftar I mostly take dates. Dired carranberies. Papaya. Pomogrenate and beetroot. Carrot and in night I'm only taking a India gate brown rice with a masoor dal. Urud dal. With a boil vegetables for making a food i buy a levendro pomace olive oil some time im. Taking a catla. And rohu fish with adding a litle oil and I'm. Not taking any sugar. I'm just only taking a litle salt. Plz guide me tell me how to reduce sgpt and sgot levels through a diet

That much of elevation in your report is acceptable if you don't have any problem physically. For now all you need to do is avoid fatty/oily food. Take more of fish and/or sea food. Since how many days r u taking medicines.. u have started self medication or consulted any doctor .. scanning need to be done to check liver and gallbladder ..better consult physician with all reports .
