Shake head up and down during sleep
My baby is 8 months old and yesterday evening during sleep suddenly my baby started shaking head up and down. When I help my baby in my arm she opens her eye and she was so sleepy. And she slept. I got scared. Is this normal or do I need to get her checked

Certain body movements during sleep are normal in children. One such is benign myoclonic jerk during sleep. If your baby is otherwise okay, probably there is nothing to worry. I will advice you to kindly capture a video, next time this happens. Show the video to your pediatrician. Thank you
