Shallow breathing
I suffer from generalized anxiety and GERD. As a result I have shallow breathing or chest tightness regularly by the smallest trigggers. I rate the shallow breathing and breathlessness 2/10. Although manageable, I've struggled with this for years and hence it's causing a lot of frustration and depression. I exercise once to twice a week. I get abt 7-8 hours of sleep. I used to be a smoker but I've stopped for almost 1.5 months. Thanks
