Appearance of newly erupted permanent teeth edges is absolutely normal and those will flatten with time. Get lower front teeth( primary central/lateral incisors) extracted which are preventing those newly erupted teeth to fall into the alignment. If delayed it may not fall back into the alignment.
Next Steps
visit dentist immediately.

That is perfect opinion given by the other doctor earlier. The shark like or ups and downs on the teeth are called mameleons and they go off as age increases or as the teeth totally come up. No need to worry. But schedule an appointment with your doctor as the teeth are coming inside(Lingually placed) so that you will get expertise opinion too
Next Steps
consult your dentist
Health Tips
keep checking whether the teeth/milk teeth are shedding or not at proper estimated times
