Sharp Abdominal and Vaginal Pains
I have had these pains for anything from 2mins-2hrs, they are sharp shooting pains from my vagina to the left side of my abdomen, I have missed my last two periods but the problem has been happening since May, I am sexually active in a same sex relationship so I am not concerned that I could be pregnant. I am a 17 year old female with a BMI of 19. The pains are so bad that I have to lay still until they are over. There doesn't seem to be any external damage and it all feels internal.

Get an ultrasound done for the lower abdomen to see for any PCOs or any other pathology along with harmonal profile, thyroid and other routine blood tests ,and get back to me on a direct Consulting for any further information or assistance needed.
