Sharp/Stabbing Lower Back Pain
I'm 21 yrs old and last night (a few hours after a sports practice) I started to get sharp, stabbing nerve pain and stiffness in my lower back, particularly slightly to the left side but near the spine. The pain worsened with bending forward or back, as if to sit down, stand up, or lie down. I woke up this morning and had extreme pain and stiffness and have a limited range of mobility.
