Short breaths,Unable to take long breats
Hello doc, Sometimes usually in summers, I feel like I am unable to take long breaths. When I try to take a full breath, i feel something resisting the full breath, perhaps the lungs. I have got a fluffy stomach, so m wondering if something has gone wrong, may be lungs or stomach has got abnormal in size as just an assumption. Can you suggest what could be the probable reasons for my breathing issues, what tests need to be done if any. Thanks

Hi mostly it is due to your stomach. Because otherwise if you have any history of any lung diseases then must go for further tests otherwise at your age restrictive lung diseases are not so common.
Next Steps
Pft, chest X-ray
Health Tips
Don't eat full stomach, try doing some exercise
