I want slim and sharp nose...unfortunately i dont have slim and sharp nose....is it posaible to get this without surgery if it is possible...plz suggest me what should i do

You cannot have your cake AND EAT IT TOO!
You want Aesthetic Rhinoplasty! It is a BIG Surgery( 4-5 hours)! It costs BIG MONEY! YOU CANNOT AVAIL MEDICLAIM! You need about 8-10 weeks to recover! And you may need follow-up procedures(fillers) to finely correct any small imperfections spotted post-operatively.

Choose your Nose Surgeon carefully....after all Aesthetic Rhinoplasty is more of a fine art of sculpting and every Surgeon has different skill and aesthetics perception.
