Shortness of breath and heartburn
I am having severe heartburn and breathing problem for the past one year, only if I am taking medication it is under control otherwise even if I sip a water I feel heartburn and if I ignore it I get wheezing. In endoscopy the result was mild esophagus erosion.
The problem for me here is if I stop the medicine I get heartburn wheezing. Please help

From your about description it is clear that you are suffering from gastroesophageal Reflux disease
whenever you have food there is acid secretion in the stomach, in normal individuals this acid is prevented from coming into the oesophagus also called the food pipe by a spincter mechanism which is deficient in people having gastroesophageal Reflux disease
also sometimes the contents of the stomach can go into the lungs causing the breathlessness.
