From your about description it is clear that you are suffering from gastroesophageal Reflux disease whenever you have food there is acid secretion in the stomach, in normal individuals this acid is prevented from coming into the oesophagus also called the food pipe by a spincter mechanism which is deficient in people having gastroesophageal Reflux disease also sometimes the contents of the stomach can go into the lungs causing the breathlessness. I would like to ask you a few more questions in order to determine the exact problem please consult me once
