Shortness of breath fast heartrate
Hello sir/madam
My wife aged 35 sometimes feel shortness of breath with fast heart rate , this happen anytime no specific pattern is observed
It remains for few minutes and then disappear
Not able to understand the reason for the same
Can please someone suggest tests to detect the same? We tested full body but nothing observed abnormal

get a consult with a pulmonologist and rule out any active pulmonary causes..proceed to psychiatrist only once the pulmonary causes are ruled out

A very likely explanation is anxiety,panic disorder,maybe she may be stressed with small things, please talk and consult for a detailed evaluation if it is something else and get her to talk to you and to family
