Hello. I’m currently on the Depo shot. I’ve also been taking EstroSence pills to help balance my hormones and because of the night sweats. 3 days ago I went to the ER and I got a rocephrin shot because of a UTI and I started on Macrobid a day before I got the shot. I had unprotected sex yesterday and he was not rough at all.About 5 hours later I started cramping and spotting which has never happened before. It was also the first time my partner didn’t pull out. Should I be worried with the combi

I would advise you to do a urine pregnancy test or a beta HcG test to rule out possibilities of pregnancy. It is possible that the bleeding occurred due to the hormonal imbalance. If it persists or worsens kindly visit the gynecologist at the earliest so that you can be examined and undergo necessary investigations such as an ultrasound to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
