Shoulder area pain: near joint. It started in the gym. Slowly it increased. I stopped gym and still stop. Pain is less but not fully. I can feel the pain certain times. Mostly if shoulder is at stress.
Elbow: Gym induced pain near the tendon area. Stopped gym and pain is less. Pain doesnt come normally only while working out and pressing the area.

Dear Sir,
Shoulder pain in an athlete like yourself is a common problem.
However it can be due to several conditions.
A detailed clinical examination by a shoulder specialist is recommended.
Basicaly there should be some appropriate warm up and cool down for any excs regimen which may be missing in your gym excs. Plz begin your workout with proper stretches. If problem still persists then visit any physio close to you for appropriate assessment followed by management
