T2/pdfs hyperinetnse signal involving supraspinatus at critical zone, s/o tendinosis. Undisplaced fracture of greater tubercle of numerous with associated marrow edema.Minimal joint effusion. It already happened two months ago. I had already plastered for 40 days. Then I removed it. Still pain is there . How much time does it take to heal completely?

Tendon healing is prolonged and takes time. It mainly depends on how much rest you provide to the tendon.
Since it been 2 months, get repeat xray and if the fracture is united you can start physiotherapy.
Continue analgesics, ice pack fomentation and volitra gel application for pain management
Next Steps
If fracture is non united or displaced.. consult orthopaedic surgeon immediately and consider repeat MRI to plan further intervention

- Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
- Keep no pillow under the head.
- Avoid painful acts & activities.
- Fomentation with warm water. -Let the part not be exposed cold.
-Do mild exercises for the affected part.- neck and shoulders

--. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1tab Once a day x 10 days.
