I went a bankart repair in nov 7 and my shoulder is still not fully comfortable going to gym i think it might be due to my lack of physiotherapy seission what should i do ? I want to return to being fully normal

Avoid heavy gym exercises and go the physiotherapist so that he or she can. Start your. Range of motion exercises first . And strengthening exercises also you can do the. Iceing on the paticular area or rest them for sometime avoid same repitive movement also.

You may also consult the surgeon who did the repair for advice.
Please avoid gym if you are not comfortable, do simple shoulder exercises ,not excessive and avoid weight lifting exercises, please do consult online before taking such steps on your body.
100 percent improvement post Bankart's lesion and repair is not possible (in my opinion). But with the physiotherapy sessions, your ranges and strength will get better.
