Shoulder pain
While sleeping in left side at night, I am experiencing pain. If I turn to right side, nothing will be there. This is happening for the last two months. Your advice is highly appreciated.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must

Avoid sleeping  left side. Hot fermentation twice a day. Shoulder stretching exercises.

Lying on left side pain based on your age and BP patient if no other symptoms of radiating left arm & jaw pain no need worry. This probably long hours lying on one side. Please do the shoulders mobilization exercise. 1. Flexion & Extension 2. Abduction & Addiction 3. Clock wise & Anti Clockwise of shoulder rotation
