I have attached my MRI report of my shoulder. Recently I fall down and my shoulder got injured and now it's paining while making movements

Akshay you have a partial thickness tear of Supraspinatus which is causing these symptoms. If pain doesn't subside in 4-6 weeks then 2 injections of PRP (platelet rich plasma) made from your own blood will be needed with very good results.
