Shoulder problem dueto wrong weight lift
Dear Doctor My name is Ram 23yrs old . I am suffering from a shoulder problem for years . I don’t know how to explain it exactly in message ..I am reason for this shoulder problem ..Right now my shoulders are uneven because during my age of 14 15 seeing my stupid friends doing unnecessary bodybuilding activities I also used to lift weights to develop my arms without any knowledge in weight lifting and I was keep on doing it in right hand only and I did it in wrong way also approx for 6 months ..after some days I left these activities ..Later I found right shoulder looks build but feels like pulling down and left remains Normal ..while wearing shirt shoulder looks normal I didn’t felt anything so I didn’t care ..but now I feel like something disgusting in my right shoulder ..exactly in the bone starting from right side neck,,Is it curable doctor..last 1wk I am feeling discomfort I can't sleep in any position ,,right shoulder feels very down

Start with mild strengthening to your shoulder and upper back muscles... Don't worry it's a curable one... Apply ice pack ...if the pain is unbearable consult a physician nearby..try to do  exercise under supervision...

Hello the right shoulder muscle are weak to hold the shoulder in same level as left. There is slight malalignment seen in sternoclavicular joint also. It seem protruded. Kindly get ur motor muscle testing done by a physiotherapist and then strengthen weak group of muscles.

Firstly, I would like to clarify that your shoulder alignment can be corrected with posture correction exercises. So you need not worry. Next your neck and right shoulder pain could be because of neck muscle strain or spasm. I have few questions like How long do you have this pain? Whether the pain started gradually or suddenly? Are you able to move your neck and shoulder freely? Which activity aggrevates or reduces your pain?

You can use Volini gel or spray to the affected site. You can give hot water fomentation for 15 minutes twice a day. If the pain persists for more than a week you need to consult a Physician or Physiotherapist for further evaluation and treatment.

Avoid using gadgets for long time. Take some breaks in between your work if you are using desktop or laptop. Avoid high pillow. Avoid lying on the affected side. Avoid lifting weights, pulling and pushing activities.

Hi Ram U need to avoid any movement which gives u pain Avail sleeping on the Right shoulder Do cold packs incase the pain is more U can go to nearby Physiotherapy clinic for proper evaluation & treatment

If you are right dominant...your right shoulder will tend to be a little lower than the left and that's normal.There is no need to worry

For the neck/ shoulder pain you can apply ice pack for about 10 to15 mins... also continue with your strengthening exercises for the left side concentrate more on stretching exercises of the neck

Hai saw ur picture showing the shoulder where the right side is slowly lower than the left but u haven’t send the back side posture also we need to see is there any change in the angle of scapula . First of all try to maintain a static posture always practise this infront of mirror . U can use volini gel for ur pain relief.over the neck since ur saying the pain is from the neck to the shoulder it may be trapezius muscle getting spasm . Kindly do gentle shoulder movements of the right side within painful range .later u can proceed to strengthening exercises. Nothing to worry about it . Take care stay safe
