Shoulder problem
I am an active sportswoman and recently I have been experiencing painful snapping in my shoulder. I am not able to even lift my arm properly. The pain is getting unbearable. I also have a history of shoulder dislocation (happened last November) and my joint always felt unstable. Please help

Dear Madam, Shoulder dislocation causes an injury to the Labrum of the Shoulder. If not treated correctly can cause long term problems
