Shoulder slap repair

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My slap repair was done on 26dec 2015 its been 7 week after slap repair range of motion is limited i cant sleep proper at night there is pain in front of my shoulder i cant raise my arm up is this normal i have started physcio theyràpy as well they told me it well go by time plz help me with some advice
